Social Crimes
Some harms do not violate the law but do violate the conditions of human dignity. Refusing to look at what you did, disappearing from a conversation, using love to keep someone close while withholding recognition: these are violations of the social fabric, not merely disappointments.

Relational Court Theory
Human beings need something between private argument and formal law: a shared, non-punitive structure for relationship misalignment. Without it, the least accountable person controls the entire emotional system.

No Shared Jurisdiction
Truth cannot function inside a relationship unless both people agree there is a court in which it can be heard. The problem in many conflicts is not lack of evidence. It is lack of jurisdiction.

Social Anarchy Theory
Beneath polite society runs a hidden anarchy. Legal civilization handles property and violence, but relational civilization is almost entirely undeveloped. At the level of recognition, repair, and truth, everyone is mostly free to defect.
